1 pound pork tenderloin or chicken, cubed
1/4 cup lime juice
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Combine all ingredients and marinate 12 to 24 hours in the refrigerator. Thread meat onto skewers, discarding marinade. Grill over medium heat, turning often and making sure not to overcook.
