1 12-inch pizza dough, prebaked
according to recipe below
1/2 pound ground beef, lean
1 small onion, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
8 ounces pizza sauce of choice
6 strips of bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
4 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
1 teaspoon Italian
seasoning

Preheat oven to 450 degrees and bake pizza crust for 8 minutes; remove from oven and continue with recipe.

In a skillet, brown ground beef and onion until meat is cooked. Drain, season with salt and pepper; set aside.

Top crust with sauce and sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Next, top with beef mixture, bacon and cheeses. Continue baking at 450 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
