1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
2-1/2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
A dash of dry mustard
A pinch of marjoram
A pinch of thyme
5 drops of Tabasco sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
12 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cups cooked ham, cubed
8 ounces egg noodles, cooked and well drained

To make sauce: melt butter and flour; add milk. Cook for 2 minutes on high. Stir and repeat 2 more times, until thick. To white sauce add salt, dry mustard, marjoram, thyme, Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce. Add cheese and cubed ham.

Cook noodles according to package directions; drain when done. Add white sauce/ham mixture to drained noodles and stir to combine. Pour into a casserole dish that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
