5 potatoes, peeled and diced
5 carrots, peeled and sliced
28-ounce can diced tomatoes
1 head cabbage, shredded
12-ounce package corned beef, chopped

Add potatoes, carrots and tomatoes to your soup pot. Heat for 20 to 25 minutes until vegetables are tender. Add cabbage and corned beef. Simmer for 25 minutes.
