12 ounces sugar-free vanilla ice cream, softened
1 cup fat-free whipped topping, thawed
1/4 cup chunky peanut butter
1 package sugar-free butterscotch pudding
3 ounces Grape Nuts cereal

Mix the sugar-free vanilla ice cream, fat-free whipped topping, peanut butter and sugar-free pudding mix with a mixer until well blended. Next, stir in the Grape Nuts cereal, stirring until well combined.
Pour the mixture into an 8-inch square pan. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the freezer. Allow to freeze several hours before serving.
