1 box hot roll dough mix
1 cup Parmesan cheese, fresh grated
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 envelope ranch dressing mix
3 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
Slivers of sweet red and yellow peppers
1 teaspoon basil

Follow package directions for preparing roll dough, adding ranch dressing mix to the dry roll mix. Divide dough into 4 to 6 pieces and let rest for 15 minutes.
Press each dough piece into a 6-inch round. You may place them on a greased cookie sheet or you can use greased round cake pans.
Prick dough pieces generously with a fork. Top each with Parmesan cheese, tomatoes, rosemary and pepper slices. Brush tops with a mixture of olive oil, basil and garlic. Let rise 10 minutes and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
