Cake:
1 box two-layer yellow cake mix
1 egg
1 stick butter, melted

Filling:
8-ounce package cream cheese,
softened
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
16-ounce box powdered sugar
1 stick butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 13-by-9-inch pan.
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, egg and butter and mix well with electric mixer. Pat mixture into the bottom of the baking pan and set aside.
For filling: With an electric mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth; add eggs and vanilla. Add powdered sugar and beat until combined. Reduce mixer speed and slowly add melted butter; mix well.
Pour filling onto cake mixture in pan and spread out evenly. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes. You want the center to be a bit gooey, so don’t over bake. Remove from the oven and cool
completely before serving.
