1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup half-and-half
3 eggs
2 slices Swiss cheese
1/2 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1/2 cup mushrooms, canned and drained
5 to 6 ounces ham, chopped
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, beat together flour, salt, half-and-half and eggs. Place Swiss cheese in bottom of pie crust. Arrange spinach evenly over cheese, then cover with mushrooms. Pour the flour and egg mixture over mushrooms. Cover with ham and top with cheese.
Bake for 45 to 55 minutes until top is golden brown and center is set. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
