1/2 pound beef, cut into strips
2 cups sour cream
1 tablespoon chives, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 3-ounce package ramen noodles (discarding flavor packet)
2 tablespoons butter
In a frying pan, brown beef until done. Add sour cream, chives, salt, pepper, garlic and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and simmer over low heat.
Cook noodles as directed on package and drain. Stir butter into warm noodles until melted. Fold in beef mixture. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese and serve while hot.
