1 pound boneless pork loin
1 tablespoon oil
1 pound bag of broccoli slaw
1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup spicy Szechuan stir-fry sauce
1 tablespoon honey
Hot cooked rice

Slice pork into 1/2-inch strips. Heat oil in a heavy skillet or wok. Add broccoli slaw and stir fry for two to three minutes until crisp tender. Remove from skillet or wok and set aside.
Add pork to skillet; stir fry over medium-high heat for about five minutes until browned.
Add bell pepper and water. Cover and cook for four minutes until pork is tender. Add stir-fry sauce, honey and broccoli slaw.
Stir well and cook two to three minutes until hot. Serve over hot cooked rice.
