4 prebaked mini pizza crusts (such as Boboli)
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 cup hot pepper sauce
1 cup blue cheese or ranch salad dressing
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Place the crusts on an ungreased cookie sheet. In a bowl, combine the chicken, butter and hot pepper sauce. Spread salad dressing over crusts. Top with chicken mixture; sprinkle with cheeses.
Bake at 425 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until edges of pizzas are lightly browned. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
