1 cup plain bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons grated lemon peel
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
2 pounds catfish fillets
1/2 cup lemon juice

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Combine the bread crumbs, cheese, lemon peel, thyme, garlic powder and paprika in a shallow pan. Dip the fillets into the lemon juice, then into the bread crumb mixture, coating well. Place the fillets in a lightly greased 13-by-9-by-2-inch baking pan. Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
