3 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon milk
2 cups confectioners’ sugar
2 squares (1 ounce each) white baking chocolate, melted
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped walnuts
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and milk until smooth. Gradually add sugar. Beat in melted chocolate. Add vanilla and salt; mix well. Stir in walnuts. Spread into a buttered 8-inch-square pan. Chill four to five hours before cutting. Store in refrigerator.
