1 package lasagna noodles, cooked
3 cups cottage cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, mashed
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 eggs, beaten
3 cups low-moisture mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup Half and Half
2 cups spinach, squeezed dry
1 cup red, yellow and green peppers, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon basil leaves

Mix all ingredients except noodles. Make bundles of lasagna with filling; roll and stand rolls in baking dish. Spoon remaining mixture around the bundles. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake covered 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
