1-1/2 pounds flank steak, broiled and cubed
4 cups cooked potatoes, cubed
3 cups cooked cut green beans
2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
1-1/3 cups french-fried onion rings, divided
1/2 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
1 cup cracked peppercorn salad dressing
2 tablespoons lemon juice (fresh is best)
6 cups lettuce greens of your choice

Combine steak, potatoes, beans, mushrooms, 1 cup onion rings and bell pepper. Stir together dressing and lemon juice; pour over salad. Toss to coat and serve on a bed of lettuce. Garnish with remaining onion rings.
