2 pounds ground venison
1/4 pound pork sausage
1/2 cup chili sauce
1 cup tomato juice
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1 medium onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 eggs

Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a large mixing bowl. Transfer to a buttered loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until juice runs clear. Serve hot with mashed potatoes.
