8 to 10 crappie fillets
1 cup plain yogurt, cold
1 cup flour
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon Creole seasoning
1 tablespoon old bay seasoning
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
Place yogurt in a medium bowl. Toss all breading ingredients in a plastic bag and mix well. Dip crappie fillets in yogurt and then in breading mixture. Coat each fillet and place on the baking sheet. Bake 15 to 20 minutes on center rack.
