1 pound extra-lean ground beef
2 cups medium egg noodles, uncooked
1 cup corn, frozen
1 cup green onions, sliced
1 cup water
1/2 cup salsa
8 ounces no-salt-added tomato sauce

Brown ground beef in a large skillet until thoroughly cooked. Drain well. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Bring to a gentle boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes or until noodles are done, stirring occasionally.
