3 eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
3 slices smoked deli ham, finely chopped
1 kosher dill mini pickle, finely chopped
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Pepper to taste

Halve eggs lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a small bowl. Mash yolks with a fork and add ham, chopped pickle, mayonnaise, mustard and pepper; mix well. Spoon egg yolk mixture evenly into egg whites. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
