2 turkey breasts
3/4 cup honey
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon MSG (monosodium glutamate), optional
Combine honey, peanut butter, vinegar, soy sauce and MSG in a medium saucepan and cook over low heat until peanut butter is melted. Stir frequently.    Place turkey in a roasting pan and pour sauce over bird, cover and place in the refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, basting frequently with drippings. This entree is excellent served with garlic mashed potatoes.
